As a professional photographer we hold a public and product liability insurance, covering injury caused to third parties or for damage caused to a third party property
We understand that sometimes things come up and a session will need to be rescheduled. As long as 48 hour notice is provided we can reschedule your shoot and your retainer will carry over. Please note that retainers can be forfeited if there is a no-show, 48 hour notice is not provided for a cancellation or there are excessive cancellations.
Once the photography experience is completed Barbara will upload a password protected gallery so you can choose your favourite images at a time that suits you (please allow approximately 14 days after the day of the shoot to allow for post-production work). This gallery will be available for two weeks. Payment can either be made via cash, cheque, Electronic banking or Paypal. All goods remain the property of Barbara Yeo Photography until paid in full.
Being subject to the lead times of the specialist manufacturers of wall portraits, albums and any other orders will be delivered approximately 4 weeks after payment.
Christmas shoots are recommended to take place by the end of October to guarantee delivery dates. A little earlier still, if you would like to have Christmas cards printed so that you have plenty of time to write and send them.
