Stuck for a Christmas present?

I can’t believe Christmas is just round the corner!

If you are like me and leave the Christmas shopping to the very last minute, here is an ideal present for a pet lover.

Gift Certificates are a gift of sharing quality time for the pet owner with their beloved furry friend pet. The highly individual photo shoot sessions are creating memories for the years to come.

Whether it is for Dog, Equine or Cat Photography, feel free to contact Barbara for further details. You can find more information here.

Daffodils anyone??

I love Spring – I love the colours – I love the smell!

Being so busy lately, hardly gives me time to share my images with you. So I sat down this Sunday and compiled some portraits I took with dogs in daffodils! Enjoy!

With Mother’s Day just around the corner, why not surprise your mum with a gift certificate for her and her dog?

Riverhill Family Fun Dog Show, Sunday 8th September 2013

There’s so much to explore at Riverhill Himalayan Garden in Sevenoaks. They have the most imaginative garden in Kent with plants brought back from the Himalayas, beautiful walks, a newly built tranquil water feature and lots of opportunity for children to build dens or play in the all natural material playground. It has been known that a Yeti roams the woods and if you are lucky you might just spot him.

In partnership with the leading art gallery, Marshall Murray, Riverhill Himalayan Gardens are proud to be exhibiting World-class British sculptures. The works, by some of the country’s leading artists, offer an inspiring blend of natural materials, contemporary forms set against the varied natural backdrops, which are in abundance at Riverhill.

Sneak Peek ~ Misty and Jessie

When I was contacted last year about the purchase of a Gift Certificate for an Outdoor Dog Portrait Photography Session as a birthday present to photograph a Norfolk Terrier and a Lurcher x Poodle I was very interested to see what this cross breed looked liked!

Last week saw me traveling to Westfield, Hasting on a very sunny day (Yeah, finally the sun is out!), where I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Misty and Jessie. And her dogs are such sweethearts!

Jessie is very fluffy and as I quickly found out, very fast! It was lucky for their owner that we discovered that day that Jessie will go and fetch sticks despite her Lurcher blood. Otherwise it would have been a big exercise session for the owner as well as Jessie running back and forth in order to capture Jessie in action!

Sneak Peek ~ Cally

As already mentioned in my previous Dog Photo Blog post (week 48), I have another dog portrait of the stunning Golden Retriever “Cally” for you.

This Dog Portrait Photography shoot came about, because some great colleagues of the dog owner put in a collection at work as a birthday present and bought a Gift Certificate from me.

Cally’s owner was super chuffed and traveled from Maidstone to meet me.

Don’t you just love the gorgeous autumn colours and the frosty ground in this image?

#DogPhotoBlog ~ Week 38

This week in my Dog Photo Blog 2012 I shot images of “Poppy”. I would like to share this one with you as part of my personal project.

“Poppy” is a cute black Westie X Scottie. She loves roaming around in her back garden in Tonbridge, where her dog portrait picture was taken.

This Dog Portrait Photography Shoot was part of last years Christmas Gift Certificate present for her owners. Also look out for Poppy’s best mate “Saffy” in the Sneak Peek I will post in a little while.

Sneak Peek ~ Memphis & Bertie

As promised on my Facebook Business page last Saturday I would like to share a sneak peek of the gorgeous Jack Russel “Memphis” and the really sweet Doberman “Bertie” with you.

As Memphis and Bertie have got the same black and tan colours their owner is frequently asked if Memphis is from Berties litter!

Bertie is 8 years of age and has been operated on a few times. So the day of the shoot saw him off the lead in the park for the first time in a while. And he really loved it. I think you can see the joy twinkling in his eyes.

This particular Dog Portrait Photography shoot was a birthday present Gift Certificate. I started the session in the dogs home environment, then moved to their garden and then we went to a nearby park in Oxted.

Pet Photography Session

A relative bought the Gift Certificate as a birthday surprise for a lovely couple. They have been raising Golden Retriever from puppy stage to then become Guide dogs for the Blind or Canine Partner depending on the dogs’ temperament.

Angel has been with this family for just over 18 months and as it is now time for her to become an assistance dog, their owners wanted to keep some nice portraits to remember her by. I am sure the resulting images will be cherished in the years to come.
